I feel like quitting!

What in the world is going on with Blogger?!
 
Is anyone else having issues uploading pictures to their blogs on this site?  I have tried uploading pictures for over a week and I can not figure it out.  It shows that I can upload pictures from my computer, but the broswe button is gone.  So I downloaded Google+ and I still don't know what I'm doing!
 
I need help!!!

    I was having trouble as well. Andy downloaded mozilla. That gave me the button back.

      I downloaded Picasa and that seemed to help! Thanks!
