Festival Days

Like I think I said in a previous post, Havre represents Festival Days every year.  We have 48 hour softball games, soapbox derby races, demolition derby, craft shows, parades, etc.  I haven't been to any of the parades since living here, but I had heard that the Festival Day parade was the best.  Since it was literally down the street from my house, I decided to give it a shot.

It was drizzly and cold so I made sure to bundle Zoe up real well and we walked down the street.  I met up with my inlaws and we enjoyed the parade together.
Here's the kids anxiously awaiting with their bags to fill up on candy.

Here are one of our Northern Lights polar bears!

Go Blue Ponies! :)

Here is our Red Hat Society. Don't they look.. great? :)

BNSF is one of the main reasons people move to Havre, so this was a big deal seeing this little train riding down the street!

I thought this was a pretty awesome float for Havre!

I'm not sure what this is, but it's pretty awesome looking.

This too!

I love carriages of any kind!

And last but not least..
God bless the USA!
