Bad Day

We had a much better day today compared to yesterday, thank goodness.  Zoe, just like all of us at one time or another, had a bad day.  She was just plain grumpy!  No amounts of changing diapers, nursing, or rocking was going to make her feel any different.

Of course yesterday would be the day that Paul and I try and go on a date night, or should it be called family night now?  Zoe was not willing to let us eat in peace.  Oh well.

Thank goodness we both woke up on the right side of the bed and  felt much better.  Our moods were definitely more sunny.

Zoe and I spent the day with the out-of-state family while poor Paul worked all day.  We didn't do much other than take a walk downtown.  We ended up at the library where Zoe and I perused over a history book about American women who married royalty. Very interesting!

Something random yet very interesting..

Oxford Dictionaries added 3 new words to their dictionary..  staycation, chillaxing, and bromance.  Don't believe me?  Check it out for yourself!
